"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. I especially want to mention Juan Carlo at the reception. He was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, he handled everything quickly and with a positive attitude. What really stood out was the way he solved any issue calmly and efficiently, always making us feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience, and that made a big difference during our stay. Thank you, Juan Carlo, for your outstanding service!"

"We just returned from a weeklong trip to Xcaret Arte. What a beautiful resort! We had the basic Garden Suite and the room was gorgeous! The food was the best we have ever had at an all-inclusive resort. The staff at the resort is very friendly and they go out of their way to make your stay special. The free transportation and entrance to the various Xcaret parks was the cherry on top. We highly recommend this resort. I can’t wait to return!"

"The room, staff, drinks, food, and activities were absolutely amazing. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. You can see the ocean from the lower pool area. The only thing to note, the property itself is beautiful but there is not a large actual beachfront to this property. There is a small section of sandy shore on the north side of the property that is relatively secluded from the rest of the resort. When booking here I wasn’t aware it was only a small section but it did not take away from the experience at this resort. So if you are simply wanting only sandy beachfront sitting you can still get that here it will just be in a smaller setting. But the pools, bar, and cabanas were so lovely too so I didn’t miss out on that. "

"The property is very nice and well maintained! It’s a little deceiving from the outside because it is located right in the city as opposed to larger resorts. My room was spacious and clean… kept perfect by staff. The rooftop pool area was larger than expected. I enjoyed the different parts… although the main area next to the pool has limited seating, so get there early. And the poolside DJ created a great vibe! The rooftop dining was excellent IMO. I ate there daily. Speaking of food, the breakfast spread was adequate and tasty. While, overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, I found the need to make reservations daily for the one main restaurant a minor nuisance."
