"Yes, the room had a great view of the ocean and downtown Puerto Montt. This property has seen better days. The room seems a bit worn and although comfortable, very basic with no added amenities. I had continuous hot water, a smoking terrace so you didn't have to go out the front (very important since Puerto Montt- especially at night- can be dangerous) and a buffet style breakfast. "

We've been in chile 3 months, this is hands down the service we have received. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond with the service. "
