The beds were comfy and the breakfast amenities were good. The location is pretty cool and the BBQ stuff they have for loaner use is a really nice touch. I see why they were rated top stay in trip advisor !! "

"Our only disappointment with the hotel was that the reservations were for an ocean view room but instead we overlooked the parking lot. The hotel was clean, easily accessible, and included a parking which is definitely needed. The Kennebunk area is very busy and in town driving could be hectic. Reservations for dinning and probably anything else should be done in advance. "

Le bbq et les tables a pique nique permettent de se préparer de bons repas. L internet par contre n est pas fiable. Je n ai pas été capable non plus d ouvrir les fenêtres pour chasser l odeur d humidité et aérer la chambre. Malgré ceci, je reviendrais car l établissement est bien tenu. "

"This was our first time staying at this inn and it was a great experience. We were on the 2nd floor and had a view of the estuary from our balcony. Our stay was peaceful and very quiet. One star knocked off of cleanliness due to scuff like marks/stain on the fitted sheet. It was clean, but the marks made it feel less so. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The person working at the front desk was so kind and helpful! We can’t wait to come back."

Owner was very nice & quick to accommodate. This hotel isn’t “fancy” but it was perfect for us as a quiet place to sleep, shower & have breakfast. Thank you to the owners!"
