"This hotel is in the perfect location close to shopping & restaurants. The Westin rooms are a nice size and very clean. The staff was amazing."

"We left a night early because there was a very strong pungent smell in the room and scratching sound all night long. I spoke with the front desk about it the next morning. While he was very kind there wasn’t anything g that could be done about it. I also chose a room that was not ADA and when checked in we had the ADA room. It wasn’t a problem u til the next morning when my belongings got wet due to basically the whole bathroom being a shower with no real separation from shower floor and bathroom floor. The water formed a river all over the entire bathroom floor. Foot towel was soaked along with my dirty clothing items that were on the floor in my laundry bag. Staff at property was extremely nice . Just wish the hotel room was in better shape. I had to spend an extra $200 on another hotel night somewhere else and was not refunded from Marriott for the night I lost due to room condition. "

"The hotel was excellent, it was clean, smelled wonderful, amenities were better than most other hotels, comfy beds and excellent continent breakfast. Franchel, at the front desk, was friendly, funny, very competent and helpful. We will definitely continue to stay at Hampton Inn, it never disappoints."

"This hotel is not worth any money to stay very old. Everything is falling apart associates. Very horrible manners.. Breakfast was always finished very fast and they were out of carbs for coffee and when you were asking the associates they were getting mad because they have so many people in the hotel which that’s not supposed to be the answer but that was their answer to why they have no cop. Why they have no breakfast items available Prices too high for that condition of the hotel. Carpet is probably 30 years. Old stinks Everywhere, I never Ever gonna use that Hyatt. "

"I didn't eat breakfast it is $20.00 How ever the hotel is excellent. Rooms are clean how ever I was charged $50 for incidentals which is correct , then I was charged a additional $90. I contacted the front desk immediately mind you I'm in Alabama. My check out receipt says $40 dollars I was advised to contact the manager and I stated I will defintely be waiting on that call cause ain't no way. Im very pissed."

"I didn’t get the opportunity to experience breakfast, but the room was clean. The staff was very pleasant and parking was good too $45 a night not too bad other properties were 55 to 75 a night."
