We had a wonderful stay and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, an eight-block area around the hotel had lost power majority of the day. Unfortunately our room was over the garage and the metal doors upon opening and closing, made a lot of noise. Also at 7 am water is delivered by truck and that was quite disturbing.

The service, the hotel staff, was excellent! The rooms, we stayed in two different rooms, were perfect! We ate delicious breakfasts at the hotel everyday of our stay. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean.

We had a great day. The room was cute and well designed we slept comfortably. I had a comfortable day. The highlight of this place is the breakfast. It’s a small spread, but everything tastes amazing and you can make your own plate and order eggs however you like the pastries or the highlight the hotel has associated bakeries restaurant and a little stores that sells homemade jams, pickles, etc. we really enjoyed our stay here and will return to have great breakfast on the rooftop terrace...

The room was quaint and cleanly. I enjoyed the traditional lock and key versus a key card. Breakfast in the morning was so tasty with great wait staff. Front desk was super helpful in getting me a taxi for my flight back home!

Ricardo was amazing at check in. Love the location, was able to walk everywhere. Came to Oaxaca for a 4 day Trail Run. Came a day early to relax and will be staying here again after my run adventure before heading back to Miami. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in consierge matters. The neighborhood is rather calm but still has really good food in walking distance. While it has 3 great on-site restaurants, one drawback would be the volume of level of the music played in the bar late into the night, which is fine if your room is on the other side (and they do provide earplugs) but might be an issue in a room closer to the sound.

The pool was full of bugs and tree leaves. It needs to be cleaned more frequently

Cass Bonita is located in a residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes by car from the city. The hotel provides a shuttle until 5 pm. We arranged an airport pickup and drop off and were charged a reasonable fee. We were upgraded at no charge to a bigger room with our own balcony.
