"Overall, I think this hotel met our needs, but I wouldn't stay again. The location truly can't be beat, and it was in an absolutely lovely area. The staff were kind and helpful. Our room overall was fine; it was the bathroom that was a bit disappointing. One of the two sliding doors was broken, so the shower couldn't be closed all the way, and there was hair on the shower wall from a previous guest. The room met our needs, and we only stayed one night. If the bathroom had been better cleaned/maintained, I wouldn't have a single complaint! "

Clean, modern, has all the essentials you need for a short stay, comfortable pillows, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. A few blocks away from Serrano’s shopping hotspots but you can say the hotel “is in the area”. You get what you pay for."
