"The 24 hour desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were loud as the elevator was right next to our room so every time it was used, it could be heard. Other guests walking around at all hours on uncarpeted floors, slamming doors and just generally being loud at all hours hindered sleep. The location was originally perfect - right across from the train station. However the locals hanging around out front was unsettling. Breakfast was wondertaorh a great selection but we had to walk around the corner to get to it"

"I loved my stay. I had a corner room with a balcony, which was lovely. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, good-natured or helpful. My only minor complaint is that the shower, though it has a luxurious rainfall head, tends to splash out onto the bathroom floor. But just mind the droplets, drop a towel, and you should be fine. Great location, comfortable, quiet, and steps from impressive transit options. A fine stay."

"Found A/C didn't keep room cool. Rooms were clean. 1st night, we didn't get coffee for next morning. No drinking water also 1st night. Just the 1st night. Rest of the stay,we had no issues."
