"Property and rooms were very dated and in urgent need of refurbishment.
However the location is excellent, food and bfast buffet is very good and the staff are above and beyond. Extremely helpful and always ready to help. I lost my earpods in the hotel and they were able to get it delivered to my local contact in Beijing on the same day that I contacted them.
The staff at the shop too is very good - my children enjoyed many hours of bottle painting there. "

"The hotel itself was generally as expected. Our room did not have a rainforest shower that appears to be missing as there was a toggle to switch between the regular shower head and rainforest shower. The clean up each day varied in effort which wasn’t great. Got extra pillows when asked for it so that’s good. The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to stuff like the palace museum and Tiananmen Square. Also close to Wangfujing st."
