"amenities showed AC available but hotel management said extra charge for using AC. totally frustrated in this hot environment. no clear details about the room. when booked it was showing 1500 then after applying coupon it was 1200+ still no AC. how much they want for an AC i dont know. its a sheer mistake of hotels.com for making customers fool by keeping these details ambiguous. "

"Staff are not bad. However, the property is located on noisy road and they do not maintain it. The toilet seat cover is not only broken but nasty. Everything is halfway done and allowing guests to stay while upgrading. As a result it is nasty property, which is not worth listed on the Expedia. "

"I stayed there from June 4th to 12th. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and politeness of the staff. The price was reasonable and very centrally located. The amenities were in great working condition and never did have any problems. Will return again if I need a hotel and will recommend it."

"Perfect location in central kolkata . Easy to walk to the river and markets .next to metro.
It's very good value, as the rooms are big newly decorated and very clean . Bathrooms very clean with powerful shower. Excellently maintained. Everything working. Recommended"

"All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay."
