"The matress was not great, but that's tge only thing I can think of, the staff super friendly and kind, public transportation near by the train station bus stop and to pamplona downtown as well"
"Very clean and comfortable, friendly, helpful staff. Slight issue with leak under sink but that was quickly attended to. Good location for free parking and walking into the city."
"Pesimos servicio de control, otros huéspedes utilizaron la habitación para consumir drogas y cigarrillos, activaron la alarma de incendio y nadie del personal establecio un control sobre la situación, no descansamos nada, definitivamente no volveria, entiendo que no es una situación tipica pero nadie de la administración supo que se activaron las alertas de incendio aun cuando el ruido era muy muy intenso."
"The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a car and the hotel provides a valet parking for a fee, which is well worth it. The hotel is very centrally located, with lots of amazing food places and great atmosphere, at the same time it is very quiet. We stayed with our kids and they also loved it. And not to forget, breakfast was absolutely amazing!!"
"The staff were great. The location was also great. The room was good and clean and as described. Overall, for a hotel in old town of city, it was a great experience. "

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pamplona. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was very clean, and the facilities were modern and beautiful. There is also a nice café on site with a good variety of food and drink options. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pamplona.
It was super clean and a great change from the other european hotels we stayed it. The staff was probably the best hotel staff I have ever had! Very nice, exremely helpfull and knowledgable about the area. Will def be back
Al entrar en la habitación, ya te daba el olor a limpieza e higiene, baño estupendo y grande, cama normal y almohadas geniales en comparación con cualquier otro sitio que haya estado, el staff super amable, simpatico y correcto, para mi un 10 en todo. GRACIAS
The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful.
The experience overall was incredible, Pamplona is a very nice...
We liked this hotel very much! Especially for the San Fermin festivities. There was a free shuttle that operated all day long so that helped save on cost.
The front desk and restaurant staff was very helpful. The room was tidy. And it was a quick turn around time for the laundry service.
We were able to see the fireworks from our hotel room so that was an additional plus to our stay. We will stay here again if ever in the city.
The Bed4U Pamplona was amazing!! We had a rough time traveling to Pamplona but when we arrive the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was within walking distance from the plazas.
