"we had the premium twin, very well appointed, good sized bathroom & excellent shower. Spotless clean Staff were excellent in all interactions. Kept our bags for 3 dats before arrived. Great buffet breakfast. We had to leave early on the last day & staff kindly packaged up a breakfast to take with us. Perfectly located for Namba & airport (37 mins on express train - station is 3 mins walk from hotel) "

"Useful location. We were on the 9th floor and it included a suite full of drinks and snacks as well as a great Starbucks machine that created many Starbucks specials. Location has lots in the ‘hood. Nearby Osaka attractions and a convenient train connection to KIX. Some strange arrangements and charges took the edge off."

"We had a lovely stay here as a couple on our honeymoon. The area with coffee and juice was great. The room was so clean. We got a balcony room and loved it - our only comment is there aren’t any seats on the balcony to sit on! It was a 15-20 minute walk from the tourist streets and in a lovely location!
