When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.
Old apartment building concerted to a boutique hotel. It was done very well with stylish comfortable rooms and nice amenities. If you are looking for a conventional hotel this is not it. If you want a room that is comfortable and stylish with fine amenities coupled with great service, I would highly recommend the Altstadt.
Interesting property. Beautifully maintained. The room was huge and gorgeous. Great part of town. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. And I love the wine theme. Will be back.
Not much of a boutique hotel person but definitely was very pleased with this hotel. Largest bed I have seen or slept on in Europe , pillows soft and comfortable. Room and bathroom larger than most places and well design. Close to all main attractions. Definitely would recommend to stay here .
This was a very nice hotel different themed floors and great staff who were very helpful. Very close to the different Christmas markets and Karlsplatz in the opera house. Would definitely stay here again

It is at an intersection near the middle of the main shopping / dining pedestrian walkway that is always busy with people, and St. Stephan's Cathedral is right beside it. We had a whirlwind of Europe and stay at the brand name four stars to locally managed and owned property. We highly recommend the property. It is easily accessible to the main train station and subway. It is a mile away from the landmarks. There is a neighborhood market doors down.

Across from train station Wien HBF and close to metro stops. Food court near Canettistraße had variety of food options. Our room was perfect except there was an issue with the card holder for the electricity. Evelina took care of us and gave us a new room. If you like walking, it’s perfect to walk to many sites. Don’t miss the Albertina Museum. Also, stand in cue for a great Kebap at Gerhat Doner. Will return in the future.
