"Air conditioning didn’t work, and there was absolutely zero wiggle room on early or late check out. Room was clean but minimal. "

"This is such a clean hotel in an ideal location for everything in Prague… we stayed 3 nights and the room was kept so clean and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed breakfast to start the day. Snacks were available at lunch time if you’re in the vicinity. The only disappointment was the lack of Coffee in the room… not the end of the world as you can grab coffee past reception after 7am. TV lacked English channels but we didn’t spend much time with the telly on so didn’t bother us "
