"Very busy check-in at 9:30 pm. Lobby was very noisy with international travelers waiting for the shuttle for their evening flights. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. 6th floor was quiet, even by the elevator. I would use again."

"This was a very nice place to stay. The beds are super comfortable would definitely stay again next time we are in the area for a night or two. They had a nice breakfast each morning which made it nice."

"Staff Victoria, who offered her own Pizza to my husband at 10.30 p.m. when we checked in and was so hungry since the hotel restaurant closed at 09.00 a.m. Her kindness impressed both of us through out the stay with smile and willingness to assist. Quinton who is the hotel manager has gone beyond his scope of work even the clean the hotel lobby floor etc. the invaluable hotel team for others to follow. Nothing is too small for big guy to do the work. Seniya, is very friendly and highly efficient front Lobby receptionist who called to follow up that she was waited for me to email her the bus schedule. Their professional and exception gestures made us feel like HOME. Origin by Wyndham, Kansas City will be the only hotel to stay at all our future trips to Kansas City."

"Check in was smooth and quick, appreciated being offered a floor preference for our room. The place was clean, smelled nice and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Our bedding was a little worn with pilling pillow cases and holes in the comforter. We enjoyed the hot tub although the pool was a little on the dirty side. The breakfast was great! A wide selection of options, hot and delicious. The location is right off the interstate, but still very quiet. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was mostly clean, however there was a dried contact on the nightstand, and parts of the rug were sticky. The TV in the kids cabin kept shutting off, and the daybed was broken in the sense that kids could get splinters, not that they couldn’t sleep on it. The refrigerator froze our drinks and food and the dial on it was broken so we couldn’t change the setting. Other than that we loved everything. "
