"For all the bad reviews that this hotel was getting was because of the old owners! I booked this hotel back in October about for two days for a Bailey Zimmerman! Upon my stay in Bend with my best friend we enjoyed the beautiful decorative room and the staff where so very nice! It was very cleaning when entering check in and it was really cool that they had phablets of local activities you could do in Bend! Thank you for a wonderful time!"

"The owner is very helpful and polite. The rooms are recently updated with nice materials. The beds were comfy. The Chalet is on a main street close to restaurants, Fred Meyer, Safeway and Grocery Outlet. We were in town to see STYX at the Hayden Ampitheater and had a room with the kitchenette. We would stay here again."
