"Very nicely welcomed, stayed in room 101, a small suite in the heritage building and everything at 5 star level. Food and drinks was good and serving far above normal Indian level.
Only small complaint is that every time we got into our room in the afternoon to take a shower -just after having taking off the clothes off - someone rang the doorbell and asked if we were nereding anything. Chreck-out again smoothly and professionel.
Definitely a place we will like to stay next time in Kolkota.

Had a great three night stay. Upon check in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff with a nice cup of juice, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. We were given a complimentary room upgrade too! The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast gave a large variety of foods, and it all tasted great. The service is absolutely exceptional. Every member of the staff has a pleasant smile and a heartfelt “Namaste” no matter whether you are in the dining areas, hallways or poolside. True Taj hospitality! They go out of their way to take care of every need the guests may have. I stayed for four nights during the busy time of Christmas, yet they gracefully made me feel the center of their attention!
