Nice hotel in a good location. Just outside the busy area. 15 minute walk to downtown bars and restaurants. Parking available for 11 euros a night just down the block. Clean and comfortable.

Great town and a great location reasonable price..

The hotel was in a great location -- very nice room as well. The rooftop bar and pool was beautiful with such a great view of the cathedral. Breathtaking at night.

We were here for 5 days and loved every minute. The room was clean and modern. The front desk staff was always courteous and helpful as was the staff in the restaurant. Everyone went out of their way to make it a great trip. The breakfast was outstanding. We also had dinner in the restaurant and were not disappointed. This was our first time in Palma, and the hotel helped make it a memorable vacation.

it was very convenient to the port and we were going sailing and just a nice small hotel, very customer oriented!

I had an incredible stay at Posada Terra Santa – this hotel truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful and immaculately clean everything was. The design blends historic charm with modern elegance, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the genuinely warm and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and I have to give a...

The only complaint I have was regarding parking. There was plenty, but it’s far away. The staff were incredibly helpful, from ordering cabs, assisting with our bikes, storing our bike boxes, making recommendations and generally be some of the most kind and helpful people we’ve ever had at a hotel. The food was excellent and there were many gluten free options for breakfast. We used the pool and bike room, both were clean and comfortable. The riding straight from the hotel was excellent. This was such a beautiful hotel both inside and out. Really enjoyed the sea views from our balcony, the pool and the restaurants. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk and guest services were very helpful in booking tours and dinner reservations. Highly recommend this hotel!

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. The property was very well kept, and the room was clean upon arrival. The marina area with restaurants and stores was a short walk away, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were plentiful and extremely helpful. Most spoke multiple languages and were very kind. Daily housekeeping services were available. The swimming pool was fantastic. Best of all was the amazing variety of foods offered on the breakfast buffet, from eggs cooked to order to fruits, yogurts, and delicious fresh pastries.

It was great, staff was professional (Ana showed us the ropes and was super nice), and the food was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Access to bus lines and garage parking next door was important and both were excellent. The front desk staff did a great job with recommendations for nearby restaurants.

Extremely comfortable room Nice and helpful staff. Great location in Palma.

I like that the hotel was clean and i loved the atmosphere

I stayed here last year with my cousins and we still talk about this place! I have never loved a hotel more. The breakfast every morning was great and I loved our room. The most beautiful views I have ever seen! Would come here every year!

Modern hotel with gorgeous views and a very friendly staff. We were here in the off season so the weather wasn't always cooperating. We look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer and we can stay a few more days.

Excellent visit to Palma, Soller, and Valdemossa. The service was outstanding, and the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. Good location between the train/bus station and the major sites. Good breakfast (made to order).
