"Nic place to stay. 3 miles from beaches. Good continental breakfast - basic but good. Room was clean, all tile which is great for Fl. Comfortable bed. Basic refrigerator and microwave. Coffee maker was basic filter kind but coffee at the Breakfast. AC kept room cool. In wall unit so when compressor kicked in you heard it. Nice grounds with landscaping. Plenty of free parking. Went for walk in neighborhood - nice area to walk. Good location for north Naples. Would stay here again."

"It's 5'o clock somewhere! Honestly, this is the best place I've ever stayed. Colorful, smells good, lots of fun activities and the steak and egg breakfast was heavenly! Started the day with a wonderful massage. Maybe one last dip in the beach before I leave! It was a great weekend away!"

"This hotel has a “Miami” vibe…excellent Asian Fusion restaurant on the top floor and two pool options. There is another great restaurant next door to the hotel, The Bay House. Parking is very easy at the hotel. The riverfront rooms we stayed in (the first one on the sixth floor under the kitchen was very noisy and they moved us to the seventh floor which was much quieter) were modern and had a nice balcony with a chairs and a table. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and look forward to trying their other properties."

"The hotel itself was ok and the room was nice - seemed pretty new. however the amenities were not good - not even lotion or anything in the bathroom. one tiny shampoo bottle - and things like no towel racks in the bathrooms, very very stark - not comfy feeling at all. also during check-in it's 100% automated - using machine and just a guy that hung around on his cell phone who could answer questions - couldn't even tell he worked there - NO badge with name on it - nothing. And finally the breakfast was a joke - other than the thick waffles you make yourself - some dry bread to make toast, coffee cups the size of a bathroom cup - no fruit except for a little yogurt. I would not stay there again or at a Days Inn if they are like this one."

"The property is very rundown… The second floor is completely closed… The rooms need work… I could never get the water to get hot in my shower, my sink would not drain, housekeeping did not clean my sink… I stayed for four nights… When I woke up on my checkout day, there were two cockroaches in my bathroom. I would not stay again. "

"Exceptional experience. As you walk in the room, you are awestruck by a wall of blue ocean framed by a beautiful interior. The turn down experience was incredible, chocolates, sleep masks, slippers, and more. The massage at the spa was pricey, but one of the best quality massages I’ve ever experienced. The spa itself is a nice space as well, with a hot tub, cold plunge and other features that are elevated."
