"Hotel was very clean, well kept, and quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They welcomed me, my fiance, and dog into the hotel with a smile and made sure to point out all the extras our room came with ( free drinks, free tickets for mini golf, discounted restaurant coupons, etc). They also texted me throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything. We will be booking here in the future!"

"This was my third stay and I absolutely have nothing bad to say. Staff was amazing, room was very clean, amenities were wonderful. The parrots in the atrium add to the ambiance. Will most definitely stay again. "

"Nice place to stay. The room was clean and the location was perfect for us. The breakfast is okay, not great. There was an additional $15 a night for some reason, which was not expected or appreciated."

"We asked several times for a late checkout. I even messaged the hotel and my request went unanswered or dismissed several times. Mira was rude when I asked her again the night before check out. She basically waved me off and dismissed my complaint then told my partner to call in the morning and request a late check out. The gentleman who answered my call this morning told me it was my fault I didn't receive a response regarding my request and gave me only 30 minutes extra instead of an additional hour. The staff are just rude, incompetent, and lack basic customer service skills. Do better if you want to keep occupants coming."
