"We had a lovely time here. It was perfect!! The cleaners came every day to clean our apartment so it was spotless. The kitchen area had everything we needed . The breakfast was amazing and the pool was very clean and a nice place to be. The staff were really helpful , nothing was too much . We needed a break and we got it here. We will definitely come again "
"This was our favourite hotel on the fishermen’s trail. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, the free bar very generous and having the rooftop pool and hot tub to enjoy after a long day hiking was really special. Hope we’ll return someday!"
"Breakfast was of a high standard, fresh, well suppoled and tasty.
Staff were exceptionally kind, polite and helpful.
All made for a very pleasant experience anx visit."

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Monte da Urze. The breakfast was fantastic, spacious and clean rooms, and the countryside was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay while exploring the nearby coastline.
Awesome with large rooms with kitchenettes, and powerful hot showers. Very clean. Desk staff not so friendly & we had to wait on our riom but other staff great. There is a pool but it was raining when we were there, so we did not use. Fantastic breakfast with breads, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, corn flakes, meats, cheese, yogurt, & coffee or tea. You certainly did not leave hungry. Great location next to a hige supermarket and a short walk to many restaurants.
The staff were so friendly, responsive and kind. We cannot say enough about them. One of our crew dropped their passport in a small town on one of the days we were out and about - creating a very stressful experience. The people all around us during this event were so concerned and helped us to call local police departments to locate it. We were so grateful.
While extremely elegant, the vibe is welcoming. The rooms are absolutely perfect. My suggestions are to improve and diversify the culinary...
It was very peaceful setting to spend three days just relaxing up in the Highlands.
You definitely need some form to reach the hotel and if you want to eat out in the evening the nearest restaurant was about a 1/2 mile away.
It was a bit too cool to use the pool, but it sure looked inviting.
Room and free food were a touch basic and 100% satisfactory (coffee, tea, water, milk; bread, packaged croissants, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, jams, cereal). Right on the mark for the price. Location is close to local grocery options, but a hearty walk to old town activity or the beach. I did the walk each day, but some may prefer a ride or bus.
Beautiful cabin with a loft. Very clean. It is located two km outside of town and the road is not good for walking because there is no sidewalk for 1 km
