"Lovely setting and the room was excellent. The check in is with a kiosk, not a favorite of any traveler. The breakfast offers a lot of choices and the coffee is good. What you don't anticipate is all the taxes local/state/resort fees that will add about $80 to your room per day. "

"The property is tired and cheaply maintained. Front desk staff is young and immature. Breakfast is not at all impressive . "

"They are pet friendly, the staff was welcoming and kind. The hot tubs are 24 hours open which is nice. "

"Room was clean and other guests quieted down about 9:45pm. My only concern is that no staff are available after 8ish or after the last expected guest arrived. So, if you forget your key you were out of luck. Breakfast bar was fine was almost out of sausage when we arrived at 7:30am and the machine coffee is terrible and the apple juice was more water than juice. We had stayed here previously under different owners and name and the place was amazing. The grounds could be cleaner, cigarette butts and leaves all around the property. Not sure if we’ll return to this hotel on our next visit to Ouray. "
