"The Whitehall was an amazing place to stay. My daughter doesn't live far from the hotel, so it worked out perfectly for us when we needed to meet up. Above all, the staff from the front desk to the restaurant where absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure i had what i needed and was comfortable. Considering I was there the weekend of the snow storm and they were short staffed, I would have definitely understood if they didn't meet the mark, but they did. Great job to everyone!"

"Rooms was clean, everyone was nice. Had an issue in our first room with the heat not working and they tried to fix it and was not able to. They moved us to a very nice suite which was really nice. Will stay again. Price, convenience, and safety. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Houston Medical Center. I asked Brandon at the front desk if I could check in early but no rooms were ready yet but he said he'd see what he could do. 20 minures later, Brandon found me eating breakfast and handed me my room keys! Brandon noticed my Nursing scrubs and knew I just got off my nightshift and was tired. Thank you Brandon!! A++++++"
