"Hotel room was spotlessly clean. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Option of drinks voucher in exchange for house keeping good idea. Only negative I would say was location. That said it was only 15/20min walk to get to main attractions "

"Reception was extremely accommodating! I left a suitcase behind on accident and they helped me to coordinate a courier service for sending it home. The breakfast was delicious as well. The Celtic Nights is a must-see. It was a major plus to be able to just go upstairs to the hotel after the event late at night. It’s also very centrally located to local buses and the Dublin Express routes. "

"Room spotless and cleaned when we were out: fresh towels. Still and sparkling water available in lobby and also on some floors opp elevator so bring your own keep bottle! Food in Resturant v pleasing and staff very courteous. Very close to all amenities, station and Luas. Will be back."

"Room was great, staff was fantastic... mostly. My friend was also staying and hurt her knee and needed an ice pack. A nice lady from the bar, walked over to the reception desk asked for an ice pack from the first aid kit. The receptionist gave a snotty "no", so we went back to the bar and she found some ice packs. That was an effort above and beyond to care for a friend of mine and I am ever so appreciative. I've stayed before this time and I will most definitely stay again. "
