Need better wifi

Excelent hotel, very clean and comfortable. SUGGESTION: Since Lima is not a place where people can drink tap water, it is necessary that the hotel provides mineral water on a daily bases not only the first day. Requesting it every night is not comfortable specially when arriving after the restaurant is closed. Since there is a little refrigerator in the room, bottles could be kept there and charged to the room.

The food was excellent and the staff was pleasent and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Amenities like the pool were nice and the room was extremely comfortable. I would stay here again.

Super cheap room service! Great customer service and super attentive staff. Only downfall is location is a bit lacking.

After spending 2 weeks in Peru booking "charming" boutique hotels, I needed to be in a sophisticated, comtemporary hotel and this hotel superceded my requirements. The hotel was immediate in their respones to my requests. They arranged for a taxi from the airport which is about 30 min. drive ( having a hotel arrange taxi will save you a great deal!).. Excellent location! We were in walking distance of so many places we wanted to explore, so many great restaraunts and were able to easily catch an uber or taxi to any place too far to walk. The hotel also helped us to arrange a shuttle from the airport as we had a really late arrival. The hotel was super clean and very nice/updated!

I have been traveling to Lima several times ver the last 10 years. I always select Tierra Viva Miraflores at Gral. Mendiburu. The staff is just superb - from check-in to breakfast to assistance with taxis, etc. Suggest selecting a room facing the inside courtyard for lower steer noise.

Súper bien todo

Very clean and beds were SUPER comfy after a long travel day! So happy my first hotel in Peru was this Hilton!

I stayed less than 24 hours as I had an early flight but it was the perfect and central spot to stay, close to Parque Kennedy and tons of options for food and shopping. Staff was awesome overall and even prepped an early breakfast to-go bag for me because I had to leave hotel so early to get to airport. Thanks!

Love the location, set up, and its charm

This was our second stay at this hotel. Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about the walk ability around the miraflores area! Very safe. Having breakfast available also was a plus. Loved the rooftop bar area for a nightcap. Team members that made our stay special, Diego and Yvonne at breakfast, Jorge and Juliano at the bar!
