"The entire place was spotless and staff was amazing . "

"Everything about this hotel was perfect — the rooms, the décor, the food, and the valet service were all exceptional. The only suggestion I would make is to have additional staff at the check-in desk. I waited a little over 25 minutes because it was very busy and only two clerks were available. Other than that, everything was amazing. The rooms were spotless, and I especially loved the lavender oil, the white tea shower gel and lotion, and the incredibly comfortable bedding."

"First I would like to say the front desk representative was amazing during my check in. She made welcomed upon approaching the desk. The valet attendant was also great. The room was very clean, comfortable, pleasant and peaceful. "

"Great place to stay.... me and my family enjoyed ourselves. This hotel was a 1 stop shop and still close to entertainment and shopping. The online features were definitely appreciated I will be staying here again in the near future. "

"Second time staying here for little staycation. What I like about life in general is typically when things happen judging people off of the recovery not necessarily the mistake in this hotel does that the manager I’m so sorry I did not remember her name beautiful African-American lady with light hair really came through in the clutch to make the stay that much more better. Stay here for a Valentines getaway weekend. This is our go to hotel will continue to use the hotel everybody from the staff from Mr. Eddie out in the valet till LAZ one of the valet, attendees even to the waitress lady at the hotel lounge area that likes to dance to the music she even made it worth the wild as well too really appreciate everybody’s accommodation hotel amenities are really nice as usual but again, just a really really nice place I like the fact that they try to go to the above and beyond to make sure that you have a great day. Will definitely continue to stay here again."
