"I booked a room with queen beds two queen beds in a microwave we got there had no microwave. The beds were full size beds and when staff was questioned, they said no that’s a queen size bed. I called the previous week and asked about the pool and was told that it was open. However when we got there, the pool was half drained and absolutely disgusting looking. I will never stay there again."

"Parking and location was great! The elevator was broken and had to go up a very dirty stairwell to room.Room was okay with a musty smell. Would not stay here again."

"Good location, extremely mixed crowd of people lots of drinkers and smokers…Pool is clean make sure to get out there early. Longboard restaurant food was good just make sure your not by the beach access area lots of smokers hanging out there not everyone wants the second hand smoke especially with the kids. Make sure to check your vehicle before letting valet move definitely have a jiggly mirror now. Really wish you did not have to walk through the restaurant area to go to beach especially while they have the live music. Some of those people should find new hobby’s instead of ruining classic songs…..Would give it another try after the first experience and do things different. Room was clean and comfortable we had a 1 bedroom suite."

"The room we had was way too noisy. Hard to sleep at night. A lot of traffic running by the room Air Condition Way too noisy. Definitely needs a lot of improvement."
