"Room was nice and clean, staff was super friendly I didn’t need to use the pool or any of the hotel services like breakfast or anything because I was busy on a trip for business but everything seemed very nice."

"The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway. The walls are paper thin and apparently they don't care about their posted quiet hours. Both nights I was woken up by someone cranking their music up at 1am and when I called down to the desk I was asked what did I want them to do about it. The only plus side to this hotel is that there is a Dutch Bros at the end of the street."
