"Clean tidy nice place to stay"

"Immaculate clean room, very efficient staff, quick check in. Great location, but be aware that parking garage ( if you use it) is VERY tight. Even with a small SUV we were manoeuvring carefully to get round corners. Wonderful bed, great bathroom great view . We had a Studio Apartment which had all we needed, inc fridge, pots, cutlery etc etc, all new and spotless. Only observation was that there was only one chair. We didn’t use the restaurant but it looked good value. I would definitely recommend and visit again."

"This is an old property and reflects its age. The walls are thin and noise travels. The shower stall floor is steeply sloped to the drain insert which floats up with the water level. It was hard to stand up and I kept slipping and stubbing my toe on the drain insert. The staff however, were wonderfully professional and helpful. "

"Main shops and the Te Papa museum within a short walk. If you are a light sleeper I could hear music two of the 3 nights until about 03:50 in the morning. We were on the 4th floor.. When I raised this with the reception I was told it must be one of the surrounding bars which are licenced until 4:00. Room was very clean and made up daily. No breakfast. We tried to access the “free drinks” in the lobby a couple of times but locked. Staff friendly. "

"Great location. Frig but no microwave. Water from the shower overflowed into the toilet area because there was only a small rubber gasket between them. It was reported to the housekeeper. "

"Large space. Not to far from amenities. It’s modern, handy, en-suite, convenient and priced about right. So on that basis I’d stay again. The rest of this information is to assist readers Straight walk to Te Papa museum and waterfront about 3/4 mile away. Our room didn’t have a hair dryer and clearly a piece of furniture had been removed, leaving a huge void in the room. ‘Bedside’ lights were ceiling mounted and bright white. "
