Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.
Hotel is located on 40A bus that connects with Schottentor Metro Station. Also One block from D Tram which extends along most of Ringstrasse, passes the Belvedere and ends up at the new Hauptbahnhof. Another tram is located near the top of Strudelhof Staircase which connects with Schottentor. We found several very nice restaurants in the neighborhood as well as several good shops. The breakfast is great.

This hotel is just perfect! Very polite and nice people at reception, amazing ambience and at perfect location. You also have parkings for your cars across the street for 24euros/per day!
Fantastic service and attentiveness and excekkent breajfast with a wide variety of coffees and pastries, eggs and sausages. We booked a superior room and it was well worth the extra expense. Taxis are no more than 5 or 10 Euros to any attraction. Lebanese, Italian, German & Thai within 2 blocks walking distance.
Room with a view of the Schunbrunn gardens and palace was worth the short metro ride to the city. The metro is across the street making it easy to get into the beautiful city of Vienna.
Opera stop puts you right in the heart of Vienna. Add breakfast to your stay - it is simply the best we experienced in the 7 cities in Europe we visited , including the UK. This is a lovely hotel in the baroque style that really makes you feel like you're in Old Vienna. Our room was very large and very clean, as was the bathroom. The hotel is in the heart of the Ring and virtually all sites and shops are within easy walking distance. The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.
On top of the very convenient location, the breakfast is of the first class! Also, the staff members are very friendly and helpful about any questions, with perfect English.
