The place is what you expect from a vacation resort. Did not disappoint. Location great, different walk paths for evening strolls, taxi is cheap to get you too tourist stuff or shopping. There’s a cable car network right outside the hotel.
Breakfast buffet has so much food, you’d think you were in Las Vegas buffet inside a casino.
This is a beautiful property and very conveniently located to a lot of attractions, food, shopping, and even a casino. It's also not too far from the beach. This is definitely more of a touristy location as opposed to staying in the city and getting a more local experience. But I loved it! It was super hot when we came so we spent a lot of time at the pool. The pool area is beautiful and so much room to spread out. I would highly recommend this place!

I have traveled to 50+ country's and have never had a better hotel experience. They have a complimentary airport pick up which was nice, since after 30 hrs of travel time I did not have to deal with public transportation or a taxi.
The driver was there after collecting my bags at 12:30am.

Stunning views from club level. Beautiful, well appointed room. The arrival drink and pre-dinner aperitif were nice touches. Fantastic location sandwiched between picturesque Chinatown and the business district. Would definitely stay here again and feel that paying extra for the club level room was well worth it.
Staff were very attentive and helpful, especially when I arrived feeling very unwell. The property is clean, with all the amenities we needed. Location is great, plenty of food and shopping options all within walking distance. Bus stop is close too. Loved it here and would love to be back.

Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations everything went very smoothly. I have never gotten such fast service when u called house keeping , room service, concierge etc. they were "spot on". It was an excellent stay and when I return to Singapore I'll be at the Riverview for sure. Location is fantastic for night life. You can walk to so many places. Perfect in my estimation in every way.

I always love a Fairmont- wonderful room with a comfortable bed, robe & slippers, & amenities like a well-appointed gym. This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops.
