I was there just for one short overnight stay, but I was really impressed with the hotel. Very comfortable, very clean and the staff were great. And the breakfast was excellent! You can order from an "ala carte buffet" menu which is kind of interesting, and all the items I ordered -- from typical Western bakery items and egg dishes to spicy Laksa -- were outstanding. Definitely consider this property when choosing a hotel in the area!

Located in a very beautiful area, very convenient to shopping

Nice hotel in a great location. We love the Orchard Road area. The breakfast is very nice. We did not eat dinner there so can't comment on that. The standard rooms are smallish but well laid out. They were fine for our purpose as we did not spend much time in our room other than sleeping. I would certainly stay there again and would send my friends there.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. We liked the atmosphere in the hotel. Next to the hotel is a bus station, including for bus 36 which is a direct connection to the airport. Hotel is also near metro stations Orchard and Somerset. The area of the hotel is lively with lots of shops and restaurants. Clean room and well maintained property

Wonderful well-located hotel, within easy walking distance to all that central Singapore has to offer. Excellent staff that is very attuned to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

This is my favourite property in Singapore. In fact I don't stay anywhere else. I have been travelling to Singapore for the last 11 years and I always stay here. Initially it was for business and now it is for pleasure. The reasons I prefer to stay here are endless. The room size is bigger than anywhere else I have ever stayed. I have traveled to 50+ country's and have never had a better hotel experience. They have a complimentary airport pick up which was nice, since after 30 hrs of travel time I did not have to deal with public transportation or a taxi. The driver was there after collecting my bags at 12:30am. On arrival to the hotel they delivered my bags to my room while I registered. They also provide a welcome drink. Walking distance to Siloso and Palawan beaches!

We booked the Prestige Room with a harbor view and lounge services. So far, the lounge is the best I’ve experienced. The staff are friendly, the food quality is excellent, and the room is well soundproofed and impeccably clean.

Stunning views from club level. Beautiful, well appointed room. The arrival drink and pre-dinner aperitif were nice touches. Fantastic location sandwiched between picturesque Chinatown and the business district. Would definitely stay here again and feel that paying extra for the club level room was well worth it.

Clean, good facilities, convenient, all I could ask for. Only downside is that it is sometimes noisy in the lobby because of large tourist groups.

Great location!

Staff were very attentive and helpful, especially when I arrived feeling very unwell. The property is clean, with all the amenities we needed. Location is great, plenty of food and shopping options all within walking distance. Bus stop is close too. Loved it here and would love to be back.
