"Outstanding hotel and location in Mexico City. Breakfast is made to order and included with the stay along with a cafe where you order anything on the menu and there is no charge. You only pay for wine and speciality beers.

"Overall, I am fond of this nice hotel in an amazing location with pleasant, helpful staff. The only issue I have is that they recently moved their front desk to the side facing the cathedral, Aztec ruins, Zocalo, and so on. The problem is that this faces on a pedestrian-only area, and in the late evening they lock the previous main entrance on Donceles, the street with the vehicle access — and you cannot get in when dropped off by a cab, unless you phone ahead to schedule someone to let you in!...

Great property, it has a heated pool & jacuzzi. A gum, cafe and restaurant. They have free airport shuttle. The rooms are big and clean. Only issue/complaint is that there's no fridge in the rooms and trying to get a bucket of ice is soo hard. Besides that the place is great. It's not in a great neighborhood so be cautious but it's only a 20-30mins Uber ride to Roma Norte, Zócalo, etc.. .. but I will say do not wear jewelry in Mexico sadly I was mugged on my second day of my trip but besides...
Nice and modern hotel about 10 min drive from the airport. Pleasantly surprising for the price. Not sure about neighborhood, but it met our goal to be near airport for early morning flight. They have free shuttle to the airport 24/7, that leaves every 30 min. Check/in and check/out was easy. We loved the room, accessibility, and amenities. We had a couple of drinks and food at the bar and really enjoyed the flavors. The hotel’s lobby is nice and elegant. Staff is courteous, friendly, fast, and accommodating -we requested a bath chair for my daughter with special needs and it arrived very quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Could not rate the property’s surrounding areas because we did not go out.
