Cass Bonita is located in a residential neighborhood approximately 15 minutes by car from the city. The hotel provides a shuttle until 5 pm. We arranged an airport pickup and drop off and were charged a reasonable fee. We were upgraded at no charge to a bigger room with our own balcony. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in consierge matters. The neighborhood is rather calm but still has really good food in walking distance. While it has 3 great on-site restaurants, one drawback would be the volume of level of the music played in the bar late into the night, which is fine if your room is on the other side (and they do provide earplugs) but might be an issue in a room closer to the sound.
This is where my husband and I stayed for our honeymoon. Super cute and cozy. The patio was beautifully decorated with plants of all sorts. The staff was helpful and are happy to help you. It's a 10ish minute walk to el centro but SO WORTH IT. With stores, liquor stores, and mini marts not too far.

The rooms are kept clean and if you want privacy, you need only ask-If you want your room left alone, or cleaned less frequently, simply let them know.

We stayed at parador San Miguel for 3 days,hotel has 3 levels with terraces for relaxing,our suite was fabulous with air conditioning,Jacuzzi,the most comfortable king bed and antiques everywhere,plants,trees and flowers are everywhere,making the hotel look like a tropical paradise,staff was extra friendly,food in restaurant was beyond delicious and we we sad to leave.Manuel and America,the proprietors,speak perfect english,Manuel having been educated in San Francisco.FABULOSO!!!
What a gem! Gorgeous hotel. Rooms and bathroom a little small for Americans but for the rest of the world it’s perfect. Service is excellent. I was craving a fruit drink with real fruit and was surprised that the staff brought one to me after I mentioned it. Ivan at the front desk speaks excellent English and will provide comfortable tours to the best sites in the area. The owner and his son were there on our last day and made sure to check in with us. Only 9 rooms making it a boutiques hotel....
The staff, especially Nayelli, made the stay special. The rooms are really nice and spacious. We had a problem with the air conditioning system and Nayelli was extremely accommodating to get the problem fixed.

The hotel is in a great location, everything is walking distance. Great service on anything you need, from COVID test to even a doctor that will come to your room. Excellent service as well location.
Property is clean and staff is very friendly. If you get hungry there is a cafe within the hotel. For the price you pay it’s not too bad. It is like a 15-20 minute drive from downtown Oaxaca. But at night there was quite a bit of noise from the guest at the cafe which made it hard to fall asleep.

This is my 2nd time at this hotel this year. It's very quiet and super close to everything. When you get out of the hotel, and turn to the right, you have a juice store with the best juices and after one, to the left is the tamales lady and her tamales are the best. The only thing is you need to take showers early morning or at night bc if you take showers around 10am (maybe earlier) and the hotel is full, you will get lukewarm water.

Great old school Hotel sure it’s older but beautiful property staff was great. Pool was nice not too far from the central. They always have a taxi waiting there for you to go or you can walk probably your 10 or 15 minute walk-through Oaxaca.
