"We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment for five nights, and it was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked very well, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, and having a cooler, beach chairs, and even an ice maker available was a great bonus. We really enjoyed this property. We booked the Moroccan Room, which was really cute. We arrived earlier than check in, and we were allowed to check in to the room early. The pool area was really cool and relaxed. The property was near a trail that took us right to the Marriott properties, which saved a lot of time walking. Clean, happy studio/apartments fully equipped (especially if you travel as a family but also as a solo traveller on a budget). Staff ia friendly an helpful. The place is lliterally across the beach. You can even go barefoot if you wish. SuperMarket (Cosco type) is walking distance. Bus stop to take you to Arashi Beach is outside the hotel same for Downtown. Had a very nice time. This location was new with construction still going on. But peace was not disturbed. Had a few issues at check-in , but management was very helpful and resolved the issues in a timely fashion. For an up and coming property I will be looking for this same property in other locations.
My stay with Dirk and Mariel was overall a 10/10 experience !! They are both super friendly , helpful , professional and attentive !! When I booked , I originally booked for only 2 night but I wanted to extend an extra 3 and they assisted me to the best of their ability and accommodated me . I usually don’t like to stay at homes with the hosts on the property but this one was such a blessing .. they made me feel safe and as if I was home . They are not in your way at all but it did come in handy...
