Without a doubt this was the best and most impressive hotel I have ever stayed at. large comfortable room with modern ammenities - clean and modern. The location is convenient and walkable to all areas. The staff were always pleasant and made you feel welcome. i could not have been more pleased with my stay at The Port Palace.
Breakfast bar in the morning was great. Drip coffee could have been better but espresso was fine, food was very fresh and offered wide variety. View was from top floor overlooking the ocean.. 10/10.

Not a typical hotel - no breakfast facilities, no big lobby and amenities - but we didn’t miss that at all: there’s tea making facilities, and there’s great coffee shops and restaurants right downstairs
Very nice stay in the heart of Nice. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, nice parks, 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Old Nice. Highly recommend!!
Our room, 31, was super cute and spacious. AC was awesome. Loved the communication through whatsapp and staff was helpful especially with recommendations. Checking in they give you a map and give info and recommendations to get the most out of every visit.
the rooms were well appointed with queen size beds. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The light breakfast is excellent. The view is amazing and is in an excellent location with in a block from the park and ocean. there is not air conditioning but the time of year I went was lovely and did not require it. Also, if you are unable to take stairs I would say this location is not for you because there is not a lift.

I was in Nice on a one week vacation. The hotel was the perfect jumping off point to explore the city and beyond. Everything I needed was within a two block radius. It was especially convenient to get to and from the airport: the bus stop for the 98 bus is one block away (Promenade des Arts) when arriving and two blocks away (Lycée Massena) when departing. Be advised that if your flight leaves before 7 am from terminal 1 that you will not make it to the airport on the bus on time since the bus...
Hotel could not have been better. Such a beautiful area, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station, eat breakfast while looking at the cathedral, and attached to a cafe with a ton of gluten free options. The staff were also all so absolutely lovely and helpful, every single one went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The check in was quick and easy. The rooms were small, but the space was very efficient with good shelving for your luggage etc. They had comfortable beds and super cute aesthetic. Very easy walk to the train station. I would definitely stay there again.
Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street.
