Very clean and comfortable place to stay, experience was 1A -10/10 full recommended, Close to airport, and to supermarket, churrasqueria (steak restaurant), street food and restaurants and safe. Staff is very gentile and friendly.
Beautiful property, excellent location. Breakfast was served with a variety of options. However, it gets a bit chaotic during busy times. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall we had an excellent experience.
Inside the building is very nice and clean but, outside is not very nice, streets are dirty and smells bad. I love the hotel and definitely will come back.
Check in was seamless. The hotel was modern and lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our belongings. Great bed and pillows. Without exception, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I wish I could remember all their names. In a very strange time of Covid 19, the staff went out of their way to take care of the guests. Instead of the full 10 days stay I ended up leaving Belem and stayed out in a village most of my trip. When I came back into town the hotel was very understanding and gave me the best treatment they could. I do not speak Portuguese and most of the staff does not speak english. Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke English well, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the kindness of all the staff members, including the lady at the breakfast entrance, who greeted guests warmly every morning. Their friendliness and excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
