"Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. We booked this hotel for my son’s graduation and it was ideal for getting into Cardiff with a short uber ride. Very clean and good sized rooms with everything we needed. Breakfast was really good with hot food served from 7am. We sat in the lovely gardens and had a drink in the bar which was so nice as it was so warm. Would definitely return."
"Just reopened after a referb, and a few things were still being finished off, but the staff were hugely welcoming, the rooms were great and the new reception and bar areas look very smart."
"A wonderful stay, hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful
The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was delicious!
We would definitely stay again!"

"Had a one night stay. Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The roads are a bit noisy but not to bad at night. Room was clean and tidy. Ate in the restaurant service was excellent and food very nice. Bar area had a dog friendly place to eat and dogs were allowed on terrace looking over the small lake. Saw a resident heron which was a nice treat. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return"

When I turned up early to see if I could leave my bag the young man in the reception desk was so lovely upgraded me when he heard what had happened and I was able to check in early. The room was amazing for the price and the breakfast included is exceptional value. My daughter who lives in Cardiff joined me at breakfast and they...

We enjoyed this lovely hotel. It was close to the castle, and restaurants and shopping. The staff were warm and helpful. They were delighted to tell us the history of the building. I especially liked the lounge and the outside, roof terrace for added relaxation.
