"From check in to check out , staff member Guelena was so welcoming and helped us.
She even offered to help us to carry our luggage upstairs as the lift was out of service , she was fantastic and fabulous , we need more people like her , so kind and helpful, always smiling.
We are coming back soon and we hope to see her again.
