Excellent Boutique Hotel in the 15th District! Very friendly staff.. special shout out to Geri & Magic Midnight! Nice clean room. Location is away from the "High Tourist areas" The Paris Metro is across a small street, making getting around great. Good value and I would stay there again, if I'm lucky enough to go back to this spectacular European City! Merci beaucoup!
This was a great stay! We really enjoyed how the neighborhood felt local but that it was within comfortable walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. There were plenty of meal choices in the area that were not as expensive as the more touristy parts of the city. Staff was very nice and hospitable and the room was clean. Excellent value!
The staff was very helpful for a newcomer like myself. If I needed a taxi they would call one right away. Breakfast was beautifully laid and very satisfying. I was grateful for the excellent air conditioning during the heat wave. The Metro station is two blocks away, so convenient. The rooms are small and bathrooms seemed brand new. The rooms were always cleaned perfectly. I was very comfortable at this hotel.
Outstanding location. Subway connection right across the street, restaurants, coffee shops, all very close, outstanding staff; greeted us every morning and asked if they could help, cleaning staff was on spot everyday of our visit. Eiffel Tower is around 6-7 blocks away. Amazing view of the tower.
Extremely close to both the Metro and Mount Parnasse railway station. Could walk to both in less than 2 minutes. It was air conditioned (temps were in the 90’s), staff was cordial, breakfast was very adequate), and the hotel was clean and seemed well maintained for Paris and the area. I would happily return
Teenager + Grandparents + Comfortable Hotel = Great trip! We appreciated the welcome from Kevin at check in, and Maria in the restaurant was a top quality hostess! She helped accommodating the almond milk for dietary needs and breakfast was perfect. The location offers a great view of Eiffel Tower! Wonderful to see the sparkles outside before bed. And great access to train station!
Its an amazing hotel really the rooms is good but not very good but the location is amazing the hotel infront of a metro station and bymetro you can go anywhere in paris and just 10 minutes walking to effel tour the reseption night man is very nice :) if i will go again i will stay in that hotel again and again
Note if you are travelling in the summer there is no air condition in the hotel
The manager was EXCELLENT at helping us problem-solve a couple minor issues initially. He was kind, courteous, and VERY helpful! Would recommend this to others. We could see the glow of the Eiffel Tower around the corner of the street- walkable or trains to everything. Thank you for making our stay much more memorable!
Great little hotel within 15 minutes walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, unless you prefer the Metro, which was only a 5 minute walk. The staff was amazing and very attentive. They let us check in early which was appreciated after not sleeping for nearly 36 hours. The rooms were clean and were perfect for a 3 night stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Paris for the first time.
Nice hotel in great location with excellent service. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Metro station is across the street. Breakfast buffet was far above America hotel standards and a great value. Staff did a nice job tidying the room every day, making the beds and replacing linens, something US hotels hardly bother to do any longer.
The hotel is perfect, is it located within 3 minutes of two different metro lines which makes getting around really easy. The room was newly painted and very clean. The hotel was very quiet as well. The hotel staff was amazing when it came to answering any questions for using the metro or for how to get to any location. The bed was comfortable.
Location: Near the Metro

Restaurants: Plenty around
Attraction: 15 minute walk to E. Tower
Staff: Helpful and Kind

This hotel was very clean and was close to many metro stations and to most touristic sites. It was clean and comfortable and has great value for money compared to other hotels in Paris. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommended.
Ps: ask for the airport shuttle to go back to airport, it s easy and much cheaper then the taxi!
- Found Hotel Avia Saphir Montparnasse a great value and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in is easy and hassle free. And the breakfast each morning was just awesome. All you could ever need for an American style breakfast or a "continental breakfast.” And the Pasteur Métro is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door of the hotel. Pasteur has two very convenient lines. Line 6 and Line 12. Also shopping about a five minute walk. ...
Nice place. Only thing I would note is you can hear the subway running under the hotel. If you are a light sleeper could be an issue. But all in all, a good place to stay and convenient to about any place you will want to go in Paris.
