You are renting a fully furnished and recently refurbished (Aug 2019) apartment. Stayed for about a week and cooked daily. Host met me in the lobby and let me check in early which was super. We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family.
The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.
The hotel consists of two buildings. We had booked a triple room which was not available due to work being done in one of the buildings. We were given two connecting rooms which was even better. The modern style rooms were on the small size, but were clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom towels were like new and the bedding was very comfortable. We had no problems with the free wifi. We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! Although it's located on a busy street, our room was very quiet thanks to the noise-cancelling windows and electric shutters. I stayed at this hotel several times. This time with my dog. It was a very pleasant stay. Thé hôtel staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished. Hôtel is walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, parks. Overall a very great stay in Madrid.
Hotel is amazing! Location, all renewed (hotel and room), spacious room, parking lot on-site($21), nice reception service, open 24h!!! Plus: great social area for coffee and work over the reception.
Two negative points:
# I tried to manage the room temperature from the room and it did not work. It is December so it is not a problem but maybe it would be an issue if it was summer.
# there was some hair on the floor and in the bathroom sink, shower.. I believe cleaning could be improved.
