Very nice room, well appointed, nice amenities, very clean with an excellent bed, all in what seems to be the upscale section of Summerstrand/Port Elizabeth. No complaints on the room. Although most of the staff was friendly, the Reception Staff (Dorothy in particular) was far from welcoming. We had already left our bags with the nice bellman around 11:30am and, after receivng a lecture about check-out and check-in times from the first woman at Reception, we were told to come back around 1:00pm...

JP is a great host and the guest house is perfect! Breakfast is super excellent with a view of the once and a beautiful sunrise. This is your place to stay… room was big and confy and this just the best place to stay in Port Elizabeth. My wife and I loved the stay!

The property was lovely in every way. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, but it was warm and welcoming. It felt like home. I absolutely loved the free breakfast every morning and the caring, attentive manner of the staff, especially the Manager, Brownwyn. I will always remember my beautiful stay at the Hub Boutique Hotel, and hope to be in the position to return there in future.

Beautiful comfortable home with a view in the beach. Ideal for larger groups.

Only thing was location - it's more out of the way. But there's a charm to that and the staff is still great.
