I loved everything here. The room had pretty much everything I needed during my stay and the location was perfect. The train station was a few minutes walk, as well as the bus and tram stations, and you could walk to the city (takes about 25 minutes) if you choose to. What I loved is the staff. From check-in to housekeeping to everyone in the bar and restaurant were all nice and easy to interact with. Overall, I found Aja Zurich to be worth my expectations.
This hotel was great and the staff was friendly & helpful. They had a tram right out front that would get you anywhere in the city quickly. Great Italian restaurant at the property and lots of fun little amenities, pool table, bikes etc. We would definitely stay there again and it was walking distance to the Stadium Letzigrund.
The hotel thought of every little detail. On arrival, one could have a cool drink. In the room they had all sort of things to make tea or coffee. there was a bathrobe, slippers. great towels. the bed was very comfortable

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Switzerland trip. We arrived around 11 am and we were able to check in early. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping etc but it also wasn’t loud at night as we slept with the window opened every night. Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. Great hotel in amazing location! Spacious and modern room (we booked the large double) in cute Ecco friendly hotel. Staff were very kind and provided great customer service. Breakfast was fine but not too expensive and in a cute little restaurant. The hotel bar is great for apéro or an after dinner drink! Strongly recommend and would return.
