"This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended."

Great property , a little walk to the beach, but amenities make up for it. Food was excellent. Lots of restaurants nearby for food options. They also call Taxi service for you to go anywhere within Goa. Pool was great. Massage Spa was great.
Stayed for 6 days and will stay again. The pool wad clean and so nice did not go to beach where the sand and roaming dogs are. Breakfast is great and filling. Room service delivers the food hot and fresh. A taxi was waiting for me upon my arrival at airport. Something I asked the hotel to arrange. Reasonoble rates and great location.
We just finished a four night stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . The staff was wonderful, the room clean and all of the equipment in good working order, except the WiFi was a little intermittent . It is located about a 10 minute walk from Donna Paula jetty in a fairly quiet area. This time there was construction on Donna Paula Rd. And traffic was diverted onto the street in front of the hotel. The property was amazing! It truly defined a heritage hotel — every corner felt authentically Goan. The staff were wonderful and the food was amazing too, though a bit on the pricier side as expected

The staff was very helpful. The location is perfect. Sunny at the reception was a gem. We arrived early and he found a room for us. Also, helped us with any questions. The fact that there is a travel desk in the hotel was very useful for booking taxis and day trips. The breakfasts are delicious. Really enjoyed our stay.
