"The rooms were small, bathrooms slippery, water supplied unclean. Food in Restaurant was stale. Felt overcrowded in lobby, Restaurant. Entry and departure staff were professional and friendly."

"Overall the stay was quite poor. Asked for an airport pick up and they never replied. Asked for some help to book a trip and reception said I need to talk activities guy who was never there. Omelette guy had never cooked an omelette, cooked on one side and raw on the other, before that it took him 10 min to get the pans working. Had problems with wifi and IT guy never came to my room. The only good thing about this place was the espresso."
