"Wonderful place to stay. The host was fantastic and so friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a nice secluded balcony.
Walking distance to all the sites but tucked away so the room was completely quiet at night.
The laundry service was so inexpensive, we had clothes washed twice. I would definitely stay here again"

"Me costó encontrar el hotel, creo que la dirección no está bien. Estaba en obras y me alojaron en el que está en frente. El hotel estaba casi vacío y me asignaron una habitación que era una buhardilla rehabilitada como habitación. No me gustó. Solo me quede una noche. Muy limpio u buena zona. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The family are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us arrange transport and we rented bikes from them too. The home stay is in a good location , a short walk and you are in the middle of Hoi An old town The room is comfortable and the balcony over looking the street below is a good addition to the room. It is good value for money and we would definitely stay here again. "

"When I booked a room a month ago, I have received a confirmation message via hotels.com message. But when I arrived at the hotel, the owner didn't know at all about my reservation and said bluntly "no room available, you can go to my mother's Inn". The other place was dirty and old one, of course I didn't want to stay there! But somehow they were not willing to refund, hence I had to call/message "help line". My time and taxi fare to get there wasted! Watch out this can be you next time! "

"Jim’s House was a wonderful stay! Ngoc was very welcoming, and we chatted un petit peu while I waited for Grab orders. We loved their eco-consciousness and enjoyed both our room and the upstairs space, which has seating on both sides and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Watching the full sunrise was a highlight! We had dinner upstairs with Grab takeout one night—chef’s kiss. The kitchen and filtered water station were also super handy—we refilled our big jug daily. Would definitely stay again!"
