Nice hotel in excellent location in front of Arabian Sea. Location is upscale. Hotel is clean. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast severed with lots of items. If I will go Mumbai this is the place I will stay again.

Excellent stay

The hotel is truly grand and value for money. The staff is very courteous and professional. We tried the 3 restaurants Chinese Italian and Indian. The Chinese was somewhat different from what we expected but was good. The ambience is perfect. The pool area seemed to be abit plain and forgotten. Would have loved to see more services like serving snacks.the bar in the pool area needs some uplifting. The carpet in the rooms are abit old and need redoing. Overall great experience and would...

Extremely thoughtful staff, and very accommodating. They were always attentive to my needs and very responsive. Very happy with the quality of service and the kindness the staff showed

Although I did not use the restaurants, etc., everything was first rate. (This was my first time in staying in a "smart room", and it took some getting used to...) Having free pickup and drop off at the airport was a nice bonus.

Restaurant serves good food

I stayed at four points for a night on the weekend. The location is great and the rooms were well maintained. Moreover the breakfast buffet included in the price had vast variety of options. Inorbit mall is right next to the hotel for people who like to shop. A definite recommendation.

We often fly into Mumbai from Europe and then the next morning take a domestic flight. This is the ideal hotel for this because the staff are professional and they never forget to pick us up at the airport. They provide a sign with your name and get you whisked over to the hotel in 15 mins or less. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is something we look forward to, also and is free with the room. It's a buffet with everything you can want.
