"The property is nice, however it was unclean, the sheets were stained, the room were not cleaned properly, there were cigarettes buds on the floor. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. The shower was not working. The lift does not work. The staff is not professional and lacks customer service experience.
This property needs an overhaul and better support staff.

"This location was very convenient to the airport, only a 10 to 15 minute drive through Chennai traffic. I think that this was one of the biggest positives for this hotel. Our check-in experience was pretty smooth. Cleanliness was rated a 4 mainly because we had found some items from previous guests in our room as soon as we entered. However, this was immediately addressed by the staff at the hotel and they were accommodating and friendly.
The hotel has a connected restaurant on the bottom...
