"Breakfast was just so so, can be better. Staffs are friendly, view is good, room is clean. Only bad is walking back to my room, there’s this room with ppl smoking inside and their room is wide open, can’t stand the smell. I’ve requested to upgraded one of my room to the Guangji Bridge view and they really did reserved for me. Thumbs up. Had a small issue with the TV when checked in. TV not in working condition, had to call the technician up to resolve it, took 30-40 minutes. A little unhappy with it, as a 5 star hotel should not make such a silly mistake. They should ensure that before guest checked in everything should be working fine. Overall it’s a nice stay, still have room for improvement. "
"Clean room, helpful staffs as they checked our bookings did not include breakfast even though Hotel. Come stated free breakfast on our bookings . Eventually the manager gave us free breakfast through our entire stay. "
