Stay away from this place at all costs! The rooms have a fridge, microwave and large TV but no coffee pot! Not even a teapot with instant coffee! Downstairs in the mornings they have a coffee dispenser with Styrofoam cups but they are gone by noon. There are signs in the front about no pets and charge for lost cards and vending machine with junk food - chips mostly At 11:10 someone came to my room to maje me check out, I guess because I complained about the coffee!

They were painting the hallway during stay. Rooms were noisy with people roaming the halls at 3am

The room was dirty, the floor was filthy. At first I walked barefoot and it was sticky. I cleaned my feet with a wet towel and the towel got dark. On our second night we asked for towels, at night when we got there, and the young man said "why didnt you ask for the towels earlier!?" Very unprofessional. There was also a bloddy band aid stuck to an appliamce. The entire building smelled like curry. Will never go there again!

We booked online as soon as Delta informed us our six-hour delayed flight would not arrive at DFW until after 2AM. Since we live 2.5 hours away from DFW we wanted to ensure we had a place to stay. No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away
