Memorable stay

Downside was at check-in we were given a room of a lower category than booked. After checking with reception we were told that there was a technical problem with the room of the correct category allocated for and we could change the following day. Which was ok and we did so. A bit disappointing that only after asking for a partial refund of the first night (difference of room price) at the check-out we were granted a proportionate discount. This should have been proposed automatically and not only after asking…. Also be sure to put the ‘please make my room’ outside of the room as otherwise room will not be cleaned… after all sorted out we really enjoyed the room with frontal sea view and a hammock on the small balcony 😃

Se hospedar no Hotel Senac é ter a garantia de saborear um café da manhã e uma refeição no restaurante sem igual ! A gastronomia e a qualidade de atendimento é excepcional. Contudo, se você tem problemas com mobilidade, reserve um quarto no andar térreo. O botão do elevador continua quebrado, como relatado por outros hóspedes há meses, o que é vergonhoso para a categoria do hotel.

O hotel é perfeitamente localizado na Via Costeira, não tem acesso à praia, porém é só dar a volta pelo lado do complexo e você já cai nela. As instalações estão bem conservadas, e o quarto tem um bom espaço. Os funcionários bastante cordiais e solícitos, em especial o Sr. Genival e Lícia, da recepção, e a funcionária Maria Alice. No hotel funciona uma escola de gastronomia do SENAC, dessa forma tudo que é servido no café da manhã, é muito bem preparado numa supercozinha.Tanto os pratos quentes, quanto os pães, bolos, etc...Tudo muito limpo, tudo muito fresco, tudo muito gostoso. A limpeza é um fator muito positivo e agradável do hotel. O café da manhã é muito bom com variedades e com qualidade. Todos os funcionários são extremamente solicitos e educados. No começo tivemos um pequeno imprevisto que foi solucionado rapidamente, o que mostra a boa vontade dos funcionários. A psicina é muito boa e o hotel é bem localizado. Único ponto que destacaria como forma de melhora é a questão da cortina do quarto. Parece que os trilhos das cortinas já estão desgastados, o que impossibilita a cortina ir até as extremidades para vedar completamente. Em resumo, a estadia foi muito proveitosa e agradável.
